The exhibition is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Kazakh National University of Arts (KazNUA). The project brings together faculty members, college students, and university students of KazNUA, demonstrating generational continuity and the development of art education in independent Kazakhstan.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Kazakh National University of Arts (KazNUA). Is it much or little? From the perspective of history, it is only a moment. From the perspective of art in independent Kazakhstan, it represents a significant new milestone in development. The bright eyes of the first students of the school, college, bachelor’s, and later master’s programs. The enthusiasm of professors and lecturers. Lively debates within departments, the first university exhibitions, the hopes of students and their parents, the anticipation of applicants. All of this has now become history. Today, the reality is different: hundreds of students, long-standing bonds between the first cohorts and their teachers, and graduates who have become educators themselves or have found their own paths in the arts.
