Igor Rogovskiy

He graduated from Perm Construction College and Ural State University of Architecture and Art. Finalist for the ADD AWARDS in the field of product design (shortlist 2021, 2022). He is an active participant in group and solo exhibition projects.

Igor works with eco-sculpture, using driftwood found on the banks of rivers and lakes and wooden “verei” posts made of larch that are over 200 years old. The central theme of the artist's work is the emotional connection between humans and horses: “The nobility, grace, and strength of horses provide an inexhaustible field for creativity.” By merging complex natural forms into a harmonious composition, Igor creates visual images that balance between the concrete and the abstract.
